Tongo Eisen-Martin is the eighth and newest San Francisco Poet Laureate. Tongo is a movement worker, educator, and poet who has organized around issues of human rights and self-determination for oppressed people throughout the United States. Tongo will inspire you with a performance of some of his poetry.
